Mike Phillips A graduate in mechanical engineering from Brunel University in west London, Mike formed Phillips Consulting in 1994. Prior to that he received 6 years unrivalled training with the Metal Box Company plc and a further 6 years in senior manufacturing management positions.   He has extensive experience in liaison with Eastern European and Far Eastern sources and is an established trainer for negotiation, procurement and inventory control.   Click here to view Mike's profile on Linkedin

Gordon Gillett Gordon joined Phillips Consulting in 1999. His previous experience included 10 years as UK Director of Operations for Foxboro GB and 6 years as Operations Director of Solartron Metrology Ltd.   A chartered mechanical engineer, Gordon has extensive experience in dealing with partners in Eastern Europe and the US. He is an established trainer for WCM, lean manufacturing, project planning and team building.

Claire Norgrove Claire joined Phillips Consulting shortly after its formation in 1994. She is a mechanical engineering graduate from Brunel University.   Prior to joining Phillips Consulting, she had an extremely successful career in research and development, helping to design and develop many high technology products, including a holographic simulator display and a pilot visual tracking system.

Nigel Allman Nigel joined Phillips Consulting in 2003 after many years in senior executive positions within Parker Hannifin, the global market leader in motion and control systems.   An electrical and electronic engineer, Nigel has implemented lean manufacturing in plants in the UK and Germany and is an established trainer for lean, MRP and MRP II.

Mark Knowles Mark joined Phillips Consulting in 2009 following 13 years in senior management positions with Colt International plc, the market leading manufacturer of climate and smoke control systems.   A materials engineering graduate, Mark has extensive ERP and MRP expertise, as well as being an experienced and highly skilled commercial negotiator.
